Apologies, but no page 11 this week. Spending time with family before the kidlets go back to school next week. I’ve been also working on some new design ideas for the site (illustration wise), and have a couple of pages of “It’s a Sikotik World” to finish up too…

In other news, the mayor of New Orleans has ordered an evacuation of the city because of Gustav. Hopefully it is not Katrina all over again.

Fan Expo 2008 was awesome!!!! I wish the weekend didn’t end so soon… Greatly anticipating next year’s Fan Expo.

Classic slip-up when asked what Mongrel was about: “It’s about an undead…..zombie….” >_<

Now I laugh at the memory of it.

It’s about 4 more days until Fan Expo Canada!!! Woohoo!!!! I will be there on Saturday during the day, of course. Looking forward to it.

At the moment, besides typing this post, I’m watching the start of the Men’s…Triathlon?… in the Beijing Olympics. How mere mortals can do such things is beyond my comprehension….

…Relatives from overseas dropping in, all at once even. Shocking…well, it was good seeing them after who knows when.

It will be less than a month until Fan Expo Canada in Toronto (aaack!!!). Where does the time go?

Just a little reminder to set off your fireworks responsibly (e.g. don’t do something stupid like set yourselves on fire by accident or whatever, then end up in the ER and either die or get nasty nasty burns/scarring for life :O )!
